My stay was quite mixed. The hotel offers a lovely pool area which I enjoyed relaxing in, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, which made the overall experience more enjoyable. However, I faced some significant issues like the room not being ready upon arrival, combined with a lingering smell and cleanliness concerns. The service recovery was lacking, especially regarding the shuttle wait times and lack of attention to room issues. Thus, while there are some pros, the cons certainly detracted from the experience.
